Return Policy
1) To initiate a return for any product, please visit our website at https://indigosurgicals.com/contact-us and complete the provided form before submission.
2) Indigo Surgicals will issue a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3) Return shipping, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Credits will only be issued upon the receipt of the product in an acceptable condition.
4) Please note that once an item has been used, it is not eligible for return.
5) Any claims for incorrect shipments, faulty, or damaged goods upon delivery must be reported within ten (10) working days of receiving the products.
6) Custom products are exempt from return or exchange under any circumstances.
7) Products will only be accepted for exchange or credit if they are in a sellable condition. The product must be returned in its original sealed packaging to be eligible for replacement or credit.
8) A restocking fee will apply to products returned for reasons other than defects or damage. The Restocking Fee Schedule is as follows:
– 20% for items returned within 15 days.
– 30% for items returned between 15-45 days.
– No credit will be issued after 45 days.
– Shipping fees will not be credited.
9) All returned products must include all accessories, manuals, or other documentation that were originally shipped with the product. We are not liable for any additional damages resulting from improper packaging when returning the equipment.
10) Indigo Surgicals cannot be held responsible for losses during return shipping. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.
